Haha. > w< I can't believe I actually finished this thing. I came home from school today and WHAM, just like that, decided to finish it!

And here comes the explanation. u wu;
You see, this is what happens when I start thinking about something, ANYTHING, too much. In this case, it can all be blamed on Project Diva.
Of course I was not content with just downloading my favourite Vocaloid songs and giggling at the cuteness of the characters. No, no, nor could I just sit back and enjoy what's available through the fandom.
No, I had to sigh and wonder, 'what would a Vocaloid anime be like?' (Black Rock Shooter doesn't count)
And then, of course, I had to GO and actually start making one in my head.
If I were to make a VOCALOID anime, it would start with a premise like this:
“VOCALOID. A popular term applied to the icons of the new age, the idols that blaze into sudden success. The existence of these rising stars is said to revolve around singing, while they sway continuously between fame and oblivion, the thin line drawn by the media.
Can you surpass trend?”
So Vocaloids would not be singing programs, but people (usually teens or people in their early twenties) who love singing more than anything else, and usually become idols. Most of them struggle a lot and end up with short-lived fame.
But that doesn't deter young Miku Hatsune, a fervent fan of many Vocaloids, holding her own concept of the term, and wanting to become a Vocaloid herself.
I figure at first, the main characters would only be Miku and the Kagamine twins. I like the image of Len being a little shy at first, not overly confident, and with a crush on Miku. Rin, on the other hand, I imagine as a girl who is a very outspoken person, likes to show off, and is very used to her twin spoiling her. Of course, both of them would overcome some of their flaws as the story advances.
And then Kaito and Meiko would be the initial pseudo-bad-guys that aren't really bad guys and actually join the main characters after a while!
In this pic, we see them before they become 'Vocaloids' -- While they were just normal students, before Miku and Kaito dyed their hair.
Hmm. Well, you know, if any of you is interested in this little idea of mine, you can ask anything you'd like (such as, 'what about Gakupo/Luka/someoneelse? are they in the story?'). I could always try to answer them and then post it all up in a FAQ as a journal. =O If that FAQ gets made, then I'll just shorten this author note and put this info in there. xD
